Noriko Kuehn excels in Pastel, Sumi-e, Water Color and Japanese calligraphy.  She first started calligraphy as a 4 yr old in Japan.   Noriko has painted and lived in Tokyo, London, Seattle and Portland, Oregon.  Since August 2008 she has resided in Safety Harbor with her husband and daughter.    Her pastel painting “Koi Pond” won a merit award at the Southwest Invitational Pastel Exhibit held at Dunedin Fine Art Center May-June, 2011.  Her art has been on display at the Syd Entel Gallery, the Safety Harbor Library and the Bloom N Garden Chalk Fest.  She is a member of the Pastel Society of Tampa Bay.
